俄羅斯正式宣戰！拜登推特為烏克蘭祈福

俄羅斯總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）於24日上午正式向烏克蘭宣戰，綜合外媒報導，當地已有多個城市陸續遭到炮擊，美國總統拜登（Joe Biden）稍早於推特發文，全世界的祈禱與烏克蘭人民同在，並譴責蒲亭最終仍選擇了戰爭，將會帶來災難性的損失及無數生命的死亡。

拜登表示：「今晚全世界的祈禱將與烏克蘭人民同在，他們正承受俄軍無端且不正當的襲擊。總統蒲亭最終選擇了一場有預謀的戰爭，這將帶來災難性的生命損失及苦難。」

拜登也指出：「俄羅斯將為戰爭所帶來的死傷及破壞負責，美國與盟國及夥伴將會以團結及果斷的方式作出回應。」「全世界都將追究俄羅斯的責任。」
