【家常菜式】蒸水蛋 Steamed eggs

蒸水蛋可以話係最簡單但係唔容易煮得好嘅菜式,要滑溜得來夠味道,至可以吸引屋企人?完一匙又一匙。跟住食譜嘅方法去煮,包證你蒸得出滑到似BB仔面珠嘅蒸水蛋!

食材
雞蛋 Egg 3隻/pcs
雞湯 Chicken broth 200毫升/ml

作法:
1 :
雞蛋輕力拂勻後過篩 Whisk the eggs then strain.
2 :
與雞湯輕輕拌勻 Mix with chicken broth.
3 :
將蛋液注入碟內,用耐熱保鮮紙包好 Add the egg liquid into a deep dish. Cover with cling wrap.
4 :
大滾水落鑊,隔水蒸5分鐘,熄火焗5-8分鐘,完成 Steam in hot water over high heat for 5 minutes. Leave the wok covered for 5-8 minutes. Done.
