【補充鐵質】碎牛粥 Menced beef congee

食材
白粥粥底 Plain congee 約2千克/kg
免治牛肉 Menced beef 200克/g
米粉 Rice noodle 約30克/g
葱花 Chopped spring onion 適量/some

醃料
生抽 Soy sauce 2茶匙/tsp
生粉 Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
梳打粉 Baking sode ½ 茶匙/tsp
鹽 Salt 少許/Some
胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
水 Water 50毫升/ml

作法:

免治牛肉與醃料拌勻,醃15分鐘 Marinate menced beef with marinade for 15 minutes.

米粉放熱油內炸至鬆脆,瀝乾油份 Deep fry rice noodle in hot oil. Drain dry.

將炸米粉弄碎,免治牛肉混和 Mix deep dried rice noodle with menced beef.
4 :


煲滾粥底,下免治牛肉,用刮刀弄碎後立即熄火 Boil plain congee. Add and crumble minced beef. Turn off heat.

拌以葱花享用 Serve with chopped spring onion.
