韭菜有濃烈嘅味道,鍾意嘅人會好鍾意,唔喜歡嘅人就聞到唔想聞。如果你都鍾意食韭菜,呢個韭菜雞蛋煎餅就最啱你,除咗韭菜仲有五香粉,加埋煎香咗嘅雞蛋,惹味又香口,啱晒送飯,啱晒送飯,仲要超快煮好,真係方便又好食嘅好餸

韭菜 Chinese Chive 300克 300g
麵粉 Flour 4湯匙 4tbsp
雞蛋 Egg 3隻 3pcs
五香粉 Five Spice Powder 2茶匙 2tsp
鹽 Salt 1茶匙 1tsp

作法:

韭菜洗淨切碎 Rinse and cut Chinese chives.

加麵粉拌勻 Mix well with flour.

加雞蛋、五香粉及鹽拌勻 Mix well with eggs, five spice powder and salt.

用平底鑊煎香兩面,完成 Pan fry both sides until golden brown and fragrant in a pan.
