【鮮味多汁】洋蔥煎豬扒 Pan fried pork chop with onion

洋蔥煎豬扒真係一道人人都鍾意嘅家常菜。豬扒煎香之後鮮嫩多汁有肉味,加埋煎香咗嘅洋蔥香甜又爽脆,真係送幾碗白飯都無問題。唔同嘅家庭有唔同嘅做法,我地呢款洋蔥煎豬扒又啱唔啱你心水?

食材
豬扒 Pork chop 3塊/pieces
洋蔥 Onion 150克/g
【醃料】雞粉 Chicken powder 1茶匙/tsp
【醃料】栗粉Corn starch 1茶匙/tsp
【醃料】糖 Sugar ½ 茶匙/tsp
【醃料】油Oil 1茶匙/tsp

作法:

用刀背拍鬆豬扒 Tenderize the pork chops with the back of a knife.

加醃料醃10分鐘 Marinate the pork chops for 10 minutes.

大火燒熱少許油再轉中火 Heat some oil over high heat and then turn to medium heat.

放入豬扒,煎至兩面金黃 Add the pork chops and pan fry until both sides golden brown.

洋蔥切成條狀,放在鑊裡略炒 Strip onion and stir fry in the pan.
6 :


豬扒回鑊炒勻即可 Add the pork chops back to the pan and stir well.
