Twitter 似乎在籌備端到端加密私訊

除了 Twitter Blue 外，Elon Musk 似乎也沒有忘記對其他功能的改造。安全專家 Jane Manchun Wong 日前在 Android 版 Twitter 的程式碼中發現了端到端加密私訊的蛛絲馬跡。雖然官方對此未發表任何評論，但在她的推文下面 Musk 回覆了一個眨眼的 emoji，這意味著什麼感覺已經不言而喻了。

實際上在四月對 Twitter 發出報價後不久，Musk 就曾表示「Twitter 的私訊功能應該像 Signal 那樣有端到端加密保護」。而且早在四年前，Twitter 內部其實就測試過相關方案，但後來不知什麼原因就無疾而終了。現在 Twitter 如果能把端到端加密私訊撿起來的話，對用戶來說自然是一件好事。只是考慮到其目前有限的人手資源，該不該給這項功能如此高的優先級？不同人可能會有不同的答案吧。
