嘉義「統一車」成當地小確幸 民眾大讚行動超商超方便

【看CP學英文】隨著台灣疫情不斷惡化，政府近期開始呼籲民眾減少外出，讓許多人不免對於出門買食物保有點戒心。

Amid the worsening COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan, the government has called on everyone to stay home, leaving many fearful of heading out to buy groceries or meals.

然而，近期一位小攤商馬上隨即做出應變對策，開始運用小貨車載滿泡麵、餅乾、飲料等食物到較偏僻的住宅區供當地居民購買。

However, a small businessman quickly adapted to the times and was recently revealed to have a truckload of instant noodles, cookies, drinks, and more for local residents to purchase anywhere, anytime.

根據媒體報導，一位網友在臉書分享解釋道因為自己住在嘉義山區，在疫情情況下要出門買菜更困難。

According to local Chinese-language media, a social media user recently shared a picture of the truck explaining that he lived in the mountainous areas of Chiayi County, making heading outside a bit of a hassle, especially during these semi-lockdowns times.

他表示被關在家的小確幸來自每週二都會有一台「統一車車」會經過他們家門口讓他可以輕鬆購買日常所需品。

He revealed that the small silver lining comes every Tuesday, when a “uni-truck” drives up to his house, allowing many to purchase a week’s worth of foods and drinks.

從照片中可見卡車上載滿了一包包的餅乾、飲料、泡麵，卡車上更有一個大冰箱，讓在炎熱夏日下的台灣人可以買到冰涼的牛奶或果汁。

From the photos shared, social media users can see that the truck has an abundance of snacks, beverages, instant noodles and also holds a refrigerator so that even in the summertime of June, customers can still purchase ice-cold milk and juice.

這台被媒體籲為「行動超商」的車馬上引來網友熱議，許多人表示敬佩也有人大讚疫情下非常需要這樣，可以避免大家為了買生活必需品一起擠進小小店家。

The “mobile convenience store” immediately received praise online with many praising the man for his quick thinking, adding that it was the perfect solution during the pandemic as people do not need to be crowded in a tiny store to get their necessities.

更有人點出這個畫面讓他們想到以前的麵包車。

Some also reminisced about better times, with one social media user commenting that it reminded them of the old “bread trucks.”

台灣當地確診案例於週五已超過10,000例，許多人可以在此刻降低染疫風險，向此類的小貨車購買食品。

With the local COVID-19 cases surging past 10,000 on Friday, many could take advantage of this truck to limit the possibility of getting infected, social media users said.
