還原電郵…僅稱病患隔離治療

世界衛生組織指控台灣去年12月31日電郵並未提出「人傳人」警告，中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中4月11日公布電郵內容，指當時台灣在網路上掌握武漢有7例非典型肺炎，但並非SARS，且病患正接受「隔離治療」，因此把相關情報通報至WHO的IHR（國際衛生條例）系統。

據陳時中公布電郵內容原文，「News resources today indicate that at least seven atypical pneumonia cases were reported in Wuhan, CHINA. Their health authorities replied to the media that the cases were believed not SARS; however the samples are still under examination, and cases have been isolated fortreatment.」
