「哭哭饅頭」要沒了！Twitch 經典表情符號之一「哭哭饅頭」（Biblethump）是來自遊戲《以撒的結合》主角的哭臉表情，自 2011 年 Twitch 草創時期就存在的表情，而官方公告將在 9 月 30 日「過期」，但許多觀眾反對，並且認為是官方想要自行製作新的取代舊文化，連《以撒的結合》開發者都稱這合作取決於 Twitch，他們選擇不這麼做。

Twitch 推特官方公告，9 月 30 日後「哭哭饅頭」（Biblethump）就會過期不存在，並且提示需要新的傷心表情，但這當然遭到了觀眾批評，因為是建立起十多年的聊天室文化之一，並且遊戲《以撒的結合》原開發者 Edmund McMillen 也在推特提到，有可以百分之百決這個問題的方案，而且不是為了錢，但 Twitch 的新政策跟意願他無法阻止，而這個新政策被社群認為是先前公開的「小奇點贈禮」功能，官方打算製作新的表情贈禮取代原本的。
目前官方沒有更多回應，是否有轉機尚無法得知，但這也不是第一次 Twitch 因為各種原因移除表情，2021 年「Pogchamp」形象原人物「Gootecks（本名Ryan Gutierrez）」就因為公開支持川普國會事件而被指稱煽動暴力移除，Twitch 自己的平台都是自己說的算，但這樣能留住多少社群呢？
