香煎低脂檸檬魚做法
/食材清單/多利魚150克、檸檬一顆、調醬:料理米酒+醬油+蠔油+胡椒粉+黑胡椒粉+檸檬汁
1多利魚洗凈切塊用料理米酒、醬油、蠔油、胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉和檸檬汁醃半小時。
2檸檬切片去籽。
3多利魚用廚房紙去除多餘水分。
4小火熱油放多利魚煎至兩面焦黃,放檸檬片後再煎一分鐘,魚肉熟透入味即可。
