孟晚舟獲保釋，華為：期待美加政府公正結束這一事件
據澎湃新聞報道，加拿大卑詩省高等法院法官 12 月 11 日下午宣佈，准許華為高管孟晚舟獲得保釋。
法官在聲明中表示，此次逮捕是因應美國要求，但美方目前還沒有正式提出引渡。聲明稱，孟晚舟在中國和其他地區沒有刑事犯罪記錄，並且存在健康問題，她本人也表示願意在溫哥華居住，也有適合的担保人，所以法院批准了她的保釋請求。
孟晚舟的保釋金總額 1000 萬加元，包括 700 萬的現金以及房產。同時，她還要接受電子監控，並交出護照。保釋期間，除非緊急情況就醫或出庭，否則不得離開居所，法庭傳喚時應該出庭。
據第一財經報道，華為官方也宣佈了孟晚舟獲得保釋的消息：
我們的 CFO 孟晚舟女士近期在被加拿大當局代表美國政府暫時扣留之後，今天法庭做出判決，同意保釋。我們相信加拿大和美國的法律體系後續會給出公正的結論。正如我們一直強調的，華為遵守業務所在國的所有適用法律法規，包括聯合國、美國和歐盟適用的出口管制和制裁法律法規。
我們期待美國和加拿大政府能及時、公正的結束這一事件。
The Canadian authorities have agreed to release our CFO, Ms. Meng Wanzhou, on bail following her detainment on behalf of the United States of America. We have every confidence that the Canadian and US legal systems will reach a just conclusion in the following proceedings. As we have stressed all along, Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, including export control and sanction laws of the UN, US, and EU.
