雞中翼 Chicken mid joint wing 10隻/pcs
薯仔 Potato 2-3個/pcs

醃料
糖 Sugar 1茶匙/tsp
生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
酒 Wine 少許/Some
生粉 Corn starch 1茶匙/tsp

調味料
蠔油 Oyster sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
老抽 Dark soy sauce 適量/Some
水 Water 適量/Some

作法:
1 :
雞翼洗淨抹乾,醃15分鐘 Rinse and pat dry chicken wings. Marinate for 15 minutes. 調味料 Seasonings 蠔油 2湯匙 Oyster sauce 2tbsp 老抽 適量 Dark soy sauce Some 水 適量 Water Some
2 :
薯仔切件,每面煎2分鐘至香 Cut potatoes into pieces. Pan fry each side for 2 minutes until fragrant.
3 :
下雞翼每面煎2分鐘至金黃 Pan fry each side of chicken wings for 2 minutes until golden brown.
4 :
下適量水至浸過半,下調味料,加蓋細火炆10分鐘完成 Add water until all ingredients are half soaked. Add seasonings. Cover and braise for 15 minutes.
