日本海事協會發表最新鋼船規則

日本海事協會（ClassNK）於日前發表最新鋼船規則(Rules and Guidance for the Survey and Construction of Steel Ships)。 該協會持續修改其規則，以反映相關研發專案與損傷調查的最新結果，並合乎最新國際船級協會聯合會統一要求(IACS Unified Requirements)、國際公約、國家法規及業界期盼。 此次修訂大綱如下：回應業界期盼：1.修訂艉軸和艉軸管檢驗相關規範（Propeller Shaft and Stern Tube Shaft Surveys）；2.艏舷緣外傾結構強度要求的應用（Application of Requirements for the Structural Strength of Bow Flare）；3.修訂旋轉機器的過電流負載要求（Excess Current Capability of Rotating Machines）。 因應最新國際公約：A.修訂滾裝區域的固定式水性消防系統指南（Guidelines for Fixed Waterbased Firefighting Systemsused for Ro-RoSpaces）B.修訂船舶能源效率相關規範（Energy Efficiency for Ships）。因應最新IACS統一要求：1.修訂移動式離岸設施檢驗的遠端檢查技術規範（Remote Inspection Techniques for Surveys of Mobile Offshore Units）2.高強度鋼的銲材規格化（Welding Consumables for High Tensile Steels）3.修訂低壓氣體驅動引擎規格等相關規定（Specifications of Lowpressure Gas Fueled Engines）
