Addison Rae stuns the internet with the release of her unexpected first song: 'These TikTokers are annoying me'

Everyone’s talking about Addison Rae’s role in the He’s All That remake and her seemingly imploding relationship with Bryce Hall.

She took advantage of the spotlight by dropping her debut single, “Obsessed” on March 19. It’s a self-love anthem all about being, well, “obsessed” with yourself.

“I’m so emotional right now. this song makes me feel so many things!!! I love music. that’s all,” she wrote in an Instagram caption.

Most fans had no idea Rae was even interested in music, much less working on a pop song with a full music video.

“I didn’t expect this,” one commenter wrote.

“SHE SOUNDS SO GOOD but these TikTokers are annoying me at this point tbh,” another said.

“i love how she didn’t over hype it and just let it come out with out letting us know,” a third commented.

Rae told Vogue she’s actually been working on the song since last year.

She said the song is about self-affirmation and was inspired by artists like Taylor Swift.
