Border Protection Officers in Riot Gear Stage 'Operational Readiness Exercise' in California

Officers from the US Customs and Border Protection agency wore riot gear and gas masks at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry in California early on Saturday, December 1, as part of a “large-scale operational readiness exercise.”
