Cloud Rotation Seen as Tornadoes Warned in California

A weather watcher noted some cloud rotation in Valley Springs, California, after a tornado warning was issued for the area by the National Weather Service on Thursday, April 21.

The Los Angeles Times said there was significant hail at the time, but no damage was reported.
