Crew Rescued After Cargo Ship Grounded by Storm Off Coast of Sardinia
The Italian coast guard rescued 12 people on Sunday, December 22, after rough weather grounded a cargo ship off the Sardinia coast, according to Italian news reports.
The ship, the CDRY Blue, left Cagliari, Sardinia, and was en route to Alicante, in Spain, to deliver a load of coffee, according to the Sardinia Post.
