Crews Battle to Contain Oregon's Bootleg Fire as It Grows to Over 150,000 Acres
The Bootleg Fire burning in Klamath County, Oregon, grew to over 150,000 acres on July 12, according to authorities.
Fire officials said more than 1,000 personnel were working to contain the wildfire in two zones due to its size and complexity. Evacuations were in place for areas across Klamath County.
Local reports said the fire was still zero percent contained on Monday.
