Devastation Following Deadly Attack in Mogadishu City

An explosion and gunfire were reported near the Safari Hotel in the center of the Somali capital of Mogadishu on October 14, according to local reports.

At least 10 people were reportedly killed and 25 others injured in the explosion, which was described as a suicide attack in other reports from local media.
