Fourth of July Fireworks May Have Started Fire in Utah, Police Say
A wildfire, likely started by fireworks, prompted evacuations and the cancellation of Independence Day celebrations in Centerville, Utah, on Monday, July 4, according to officials.
The fire caused the evacuation of 89 house in Centerville, though the evacuation order was lifted on Monday morning. Police said the fire was most likely caused by fireworks.
The National Weather Service (NWS) reminded Utah residents that there is a high risk of fire for most of the state on Monday.
