How to Make a ‘Fundae’ Cocktail That Combines 3 of Our Favorite Things

What if we told you there was a way to combine alcohol, coffee and ice cream all into one delicious late-night treat? Introducing the "fundae"—proof that sometimes you really can have it all.

What You Need:
- ½ ounce cognac
- ½ ounce coffee liqueur
- Champagne
- Coffee ice cream

Step 1: Pour the cognac and coffee liqueur into a Champagne coupe.

Step 2: Fill the glass the rest of the way with Champagne (but be sure to leave enough room for the ice cream).

Step 3: Add a mini scoop of coffee ice cream. Cheers!
