'Hazardous' Conditions as Winter Storm Strikes Missouri

People across central and east central Missouri were encouraged to delay travel as a winter storm, forecast to bring up to 11 inches of snow, hit the state on February 2.

This footage was said by the source, Jacob Spink, to show snowfall in Troy, Missouri, in the early hours of February 2.

Spink said that “Highway 61 was ice with a layer of snow” and urged fellow drivers to take care on the roads.
