Heidi Klum, 48, Flashes Her Sculpted Abs And Butt (And Her Thong) While Dancing

  • Heidi Klum, 48, just revealed her sculpted abs and butt in a brand new Instagram video.

  • Heidi looked strong as she danced around her home in an all-white lounge set and an exposed black thong.

  • She enjoys going on outdoor long runs and using her StairMaster to stay in shape.

Heidi Klum is game for the occasional dancing video, even when she's super busy preparing for the upcoming season of Germany's Next Top Model.

The 48-year-old wore a cozy white lounge set and exposed her black thong as she danced to Sebastian Yatra's "Tacones Rojos." She also shared a few extra clips on her Instagram story where she tagged the singer. Heidi captioned her video "#KeepDancing ❤️."

TBH, I'm loving all the carefree energy I'm getting from her dance moves, but I can't get over how toned her core and butt look. Luckily, she's been open about her fitness routine. Here's everything you need to know about how Heidi stays in such great shape:

Heidi has given plenty of credit to her kids for keeping her active, but she definitely has a few workouts she likes to keep in rotation.

"My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

After having kids, Heidi worked with New York City trainer David Kirsch. But now, you're less likely to find her in the gym.

In 2016 she told Buro, "I don't really exercise that much. I mean, two times a week for sure. I will do the StairMaster I've got at home or a running machine…Sometimes I'll do some little weights while I'm running."

As for her diet, Heidi incorporates plenty of fruits and vegetables into her meals. For breakfast, she'll eat three organic scrambled egg whites with spinach, green peppers, spring onions, and parsley, a small bowl of fresh fruit, and tea without milk.

She also enjoys a superfood smoothie made with chia, maca, or acai powder, blueberries, and whey protein. In an interview with Women's Health UK, she noted that she likes to prep it the night before. “One thing [the kids and I] do is have a smoothie every morning.”

Heidi also added that it's important for her to indulge in her cravings in a way that's positive and healthy. She explained to Glamour, "It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation. If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger."
