Jacky Cheung to proceed with Taiwan concerts
TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Renowned singer Jacky Cheung (張學友) has canceled three concerts at the Taipei Arena (台北小巨蛋) scheduled from June 7 to June 9 due to a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. In a statement, Cheung apologized to his fans for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
Despite concerns over his health, Cheung is set to return to Taiwan this week for three major concerts, sparking worries among fans about the possibility of another postponement.
However, sources close to the matter assured TVBS News that the concerts are proceeding as planned, with no changes to the schedule.
Meanwhile, Cheung also announced plans to return to Taipei in 2025. Fans holding tickets for the postponed shows will have the opportunity to exchange them for equivalent seats at the 2025 concerts
