Japan condemns further missile launch by North Korea
STORY: Shortly after the launch, Japanese State Minister of Defence Toshiro Ino told reporters that North Korea fired a potential ballistic missile that flew at an extremely low altitude of less than 31 miles and landed outside of Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
Nuclear-armed North Korea has tested a record number of missiles this year, and officials in Seoul and Washington say the North has completed technical preparations to conduct a nuclear weapon test for the first time since 2017.
