Kate Middleton Stuns in a Pale Blue Dress in the Rain
Of course Kate Middleton looks good even in the rain. On Friday morning, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the London School of Economics, looking chic and professional in a pale blue, square-shoulder LK Bennet dress with puffy sleeves, as rain poured down around her.

She paired the dress with nude-colored pointy-toe pumps, a gold bangle bracelet, and layered dainty necklaces. Kate was visiting the school to launch her new early childhood initiative The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which will focus on the importance of early development and education for children during their formative years, in hopes to create a better society.

Kate spent the morning at the school holding a roundtable discuss her latest project and share their hopes and goals. Later, she was seen arriving at Kensington Palace carrying a multi-colored umbrella, where she met with several parents who helped her to understand the importance of supporting parents with young, developing children at the Palace's cafe.
