Kharkiv City Center Damaged in Morning Strikes

Early morning strikes in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv struck the city center and damaged civilian infrastructure, the region’s governor and prosecutor’s office said.

Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov said no one was injured or killed in the strikes that began around 5 am local time. He said strikes in the SSSS district struck civilian infrastructure, and “a few more shells hit open areas.”
