Man Takes Advantage of Moscow Flooding to Get in Some Good Wakeboarding

Moscow has seen heavy flooding over the last few days following severe rainfall. Although dozens of people have had to be rescued from their cars by emergency services, one man, a video production professional named Andrei Trukov, decided the timing was ripe to strap a wakeboard to the back of a van and let a friend careen through the flooded streets.

Trukov told Storyful that he drove the car while his friend Maxmood Israelevich rode the wakeboard. Video shows people cheering him on Israelevich as he skillfully maneuvers through the flood.
