SEANA SMITH: We're watching shares of Mobileye, the first major tech IPO of the year. The stock up roughly 36% right now in its first day of trading after pricing at $21 a share. The self-driving software company going public after spinning out from Intel, which acquired Mobileye back in 2017.
Mobileye now valued at roughly $17 billion, which is just over the $15.3 billion purchase price, but far below that $50 billion valuation Intel was targeting for the offering earlier this year. But again, popping in its public debut today, up just around 35%. Not bad, especially given the tech route that we're seeing today, Dave.
DAVE BRIGGS: Yeah, good news, bad news, indeed.
