Snow Covers Mountain Peaks in Central Arizona

Snowfall covered the San Francisco Peaks, located just north of Flagstaff, Arizona, on Monday, October 17, footage from the National Weather Service (NWS) shows.

Timelapse footage posted by the NWS Flagstaff, which they said was filmed on Monday, shows snowcapped Humphreys Peak and aspens covered by yellow autumn leaves near Flagstaff.

Humphreys Peak is the highest point in the state at 12,633 feet (3,850 meters), according to the Flagstaff website.
