Storm Damage Seen in Omaha as Residents Left Without Power
Severe thunderstorms downed trees in Omaha, Nebraska, during the early hours of Saturday, July 10.
The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Omaha and surrounding locations, with wind gusts in the region reaching 80 mph.
The Omaha Police Department reported downed electrical wires and felled trees as storms swept the city. More than 100,000 residents remained without power on July 10, according to local reports.
