Ukrainian Dancers Mark Independence Day in Kyiv Despite Fear of Strikes

People gathered in central Kyiv for small-scale celebrations as Ukraine marked its Independence day on Wednesday, August 24, in spite of fears raised by President Volodymyr Zelensky warning of “brutal strikes” by Russia.
