'Very Loud' Tree Frog Looks for Love in Queensland Garden
A green tree frog on the lookout for love brought his loud mating call to a garden pond in Rochedale South, Queensland.
Video shared by Denise Wade on November 3 shows the frog croaking loudly.
Writing on YouTube, Wade said the croaker was her “favorite green garden visitor” and he had “been calling the ladies to come around to his pond for some froggie romance.”
While some might have been bothered by the noise, she described the mating call as “music to our ears.”
The green tree frog’s mating season is between November and February.
