Authorities Describe Investigation That Led to Arrests in Alleged Garden City Plot

Three militia members were arrested on Friday in Kansas for allegedly planning to attack a Somali community in Garden City, according to local reports. Curtis Wayne Allen, Patrick Eugene Stein and Gavin Wayne Wright were charged under domestic terrorism. The arrests came after an eight-month investigation lead by the FBI, authorities said.

The group planned to detonate explosives at an apartment complex and mosque located on 312 W Mary St, in Garden City, Kansas, according to the investigation.
