Comedic icon Gene Wilder has died at the age of 83. His family said he passed away in Stamford, Conn., due to complications from Alzheimer’s disease. The legendary actor was known for his beloved role as the candy man in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” Wilder also starred in classics like “Blazing Saddles,” “The Producers” and “Young Frankenstein.”
