Drone Flights Illegal Near Wildfires, PSA Says

Fire officials, especially in California, have been reminding drone operators not to fly near wildfires. If drones are operating near wildfires, firefighting aircraft cannot fly. Firefighters had to suspend the air attack on the Lake Fire in San Bernardino National Forest recently because of a drone, and reports say the fire grew because of the suspended operations.
