Funeral for Chapel Hill Shooting Victims Draws Thousands

A call to prayer and funeral was held for the three victims of the Chapel Hill shooting on February 12. Thousands gathered for the service for Deah Shaddy Barakat, 23; his wife, Yusor Mohammad Abu-Salha, 21; and her sister Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, 19, who were gunned down on February 10.

Police say the shooting erupted over a long-running dispute over parking spaces, according to local media, although many, particularly in the Muslim community, believed the three were killed for their faith.
