Heavy Winds Hit Cabo as Hurricane Newton Moves Over Baja California

Heavy winds and rain battered the resort town of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in the wake of Hurricane Newton on Tuesday, September 6, as this video shows. The Category 1 hurricane tore across Baja California in the early hours of Tuesday, with bursts of 108 mph winds and heavy rain.
