Hurricane Remnants Flood Southern California Streets

Heavy rain in southern California triggered flooding throughout the region on September 15. The remnants of Hurricane Linda brought the downpours to the area, and it was the rainiest day of the year for the Los Angeles area, according to local media. The heavy rain also triggered car accidents and highway closures, including Freeway 710.
