Lafayette Roads Flood After Several Inches of Rainfall

Severe storms swept through Lafayette, Louisiana, early on Sunday, April 2, causing roads to flood and hail to pound several neighborhoods.

The Advocate reported the the storms struck Lafayette at around 9 AM, with three to six inches of rain forecasted in the city, as well as in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
