Lava Flow Leaves Pahoa Roads Impassable
The Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency issued an information update on October 26, on the lava flow which is currently engulfing many parts of the Island, advising residents to prepare for possible evacuations. The statement read that the flow is currently moving at a rate of approximately 15 to 20 yards an hour and had advanced approximately 170 yards on Sunday.
