Light City Baltimore illuminates city with art

Two hundred years after the country's first gas street lamp illuminated Baltimore's streets, the city will host America's largest light festival called Light City Baltimore. The event starts Monday night and runs all week. The main attraction at the Inner Harbor will host 50 different exhibits of lights, theater and the arts. Organizers said it will be light nothing people have ever seen in downtown Baltimore. Seven nights of concerts and performance art and a 1.5-mile BGE Light Art Walk, along the Inner Harbor will have 50 attractions, and according to organizers there's no right or wrong way to do it.
