Loved ones remember barber killed in shooting

Baltimore police have charged a man with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting Tuesday at a barbershop. City police said the charges stem from a fatal shooting at Rod's Barbershop in the 2400 block of East Monument Street. Police said the victim, Kenneth Collins Jr., 45, was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Homicide detectives identified a suspect and officers arrested Andre Mosby, 31, on Thursday in Baltimore County. He was taken to Central Booking.
