Obama Addresses Helping Middle Class at University of Kansas

US President Obama addressed a crowd at the University of Kansas in Kansas on January 22. The president spoke about issues he raised during his State of the Union address earlier this week, including helping families afford child care costs and how to continue to improve the economy.
