Tornado Leaves Trail of Destruction in Southern Washington

A tornado hit the southern Washington township of Battle Ground on Thursday, December 10, destroying more than 30 homes and leaving a path of destruction in its wake.

The tornado came to Battle Ground after a week of torrential downpours, landslides and flooding that affected multiple cities throughout the entire Pacific Northwest region, including Portland.
