Tropical Storm Blas Weakens as Tropical Cyclone Celia Strengthens

Tropical Storm Blas weakened to a remnant while Tropical Cyclone Celia gained strength over the weekend in the eastern North Pacific Ocean. This satellite video released by NASA shows the movements of the two storms from Saturday, July 9, until Monday, July 11. Blas, on the left, degenerated to a remnant on Sunday, July 10, and Celia strengthened on Monday, July 11. Celia is expected to weaken on Tuesday, July 12, and may not affect land.
