Tropical Storm Danielle Reaches Inland
Tropical Storm Danielle inched closer to the Mexican coast Monday afternoon, June 20, and its wind and rain stretched inland as the storm approached. This footage shows the storm move over Puebla, about 170 miles west of Veracruz. Danielle was expected to make landfall north of Veracruz and diminish as it moved over Mexico’s mountainous interior. The coast and parts of the interior, however, expected heavy rain. Credit: YouTube/webcamsdemexico
