US Senator Joe Manchin 'Swarmed' by Climate Protesters

West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin was “swarmed” by climate protesters while addressing New Hampshire residents at a diner in Derry, where he appeared as part of a “listening tour,” video from Friday, January 12, shows.

“If you ask what’s the greatest threat I think we face, it’s the border crisis,” Manchin can be heard saying before he is cut off by chants of “Off fossil fuels, Manchin!” as Climate Defiance protesters disrupted the event.

“We shut him down so hard he had to flee through the kitchen,” the group said on X, describing him as the “single-largest recipient of oil and gas money” in US Congress.
