The music video for When The Moon was created using 35mm stock footage, which was shot in Los Angeles and San Francisco during the first decade of the 20th century. The song is a werewolf's confessional. He laments all the bad things he has done, but then revels in them when the time is right. A lot of us can be monsters in the same way. Sometimes it's hard to feel human when we can't control ourselves.
