Voters determined to make a difference

People are getting registered to vote as the deadline approaches. Residents can get registered at Coppin State University during a "get out the vote event." There are only 10 more days to register to cast a ballot in the presidential election next month. The deadline is Oct. 18, and residents who sign up online must submit their form by 9 p.m. that day. Several community groups at Coppin State University are helping people get registered to vote. The latest voter registration data available shows 384,661 people are actively registered to vote in Baltimore City.
